This Editorial Policy explains the standards Roctoo Portal FZE ("Roctoo", "we", "us") applies to content published on the roctoo.com platform (the "Platform") — including property Listings, verification badges, and any guides, articles, or informational content we publish. Our goal is to keep information on the Platform accurate, clearly sourced, and free from undisclosed commercial influence.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to: (a) property Listings and related details submitted by Brokers, Companies, or property owners; (b) verification and quality badges applied by the Platform (such as "verified", "featured", or "premium"); and (c) any editorial, informational, or guide content published by Roctoo under the Roctoo name, such as market articles or how-to guides. It does not apply to private messages between Users, which are governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Editorial Independence

• Any editorial or informational content published under the Roctoo name (such as market guides or articles) is produced independently of paid Listing placements. Purchasing a featured or premium placement does not influence, and is not a substitute for, editorial coverage.
• Where any content is sponsored, promoted, or paid for, it will be clearly labelled as such (for example, "Sponsored" or "Promoted") so Users can distinguish it from independent editorial content.

3. Listing Accuracy Standards

• Brokers, Companies, and property owners submitting a Listing are responsible for ensuring that price, location, specifications, media, and availability are accurate and kept up to date.
• The Platform expects Listings to be updated promptly when a property is sold, let, or otherwise no longer available, and reserves the right to archive or flag Listings that appear outdated or unresponsive to review.
• Duplicate, misleading, or materially inaccurate Listings may be edited, unpublished, or removed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

4. Verification Badges

• A "verified" badge reflects a Platform-level review carried out at a specific point in time (which may include checks such as document review or listing consistency checks) and indicates that the Listing passed that review at that time.
• A verification badge is not a valuation, legal certification, or ongoing guarantee, and may be revoked if a Listing is later found to be inaccurate, outdated, or in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
• Featured and premium designations reflect paid placement tiers chosen by the Listing owner and are separate from, and not a substitute for, verification status.

5. Review and Moderation Process

Listings and content may be reviewed by Platform administrators on an ongoing basis, including through periodic automated checks and manual review, to confirm continued compliance with our Terms and Conditions, this Editorial Policy, and applicable law. Users may be asked to provide supporting documents or clarification during a review.

6. Corrections

If you believe a Listing, verification badge, or piece of Platform content is inaccurate, you can report it to us using the contact details below. We will review reported issues and correct, flag, or remove content where appropriate within a reasonable time.

7. User-Generated Content and Reviews

Where the Platform allows Users to leave reviews, ratings, or comments about a Broker, Company, or Listing, such content reflects the views of the individual User submitting it and not of Roctoo. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or in breach of our Terms and Conditions, but do not edit the substance of genuine User feedback to favor any Broker or Company.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Editorial Policy from time to time as the Platform's content and features evolve. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email before the changes take effect.
